Stepping Into a New

Calling

You’re a high-performing athlete, executive, or industry expert in your field. You’ve reached and surpassed every peak. You’ve achieved successes beyond measure. To the whole world, you’re a winner. But you’re not happy. You’re burned out. You’re unfulfilled. And you’ve lost sight of what truly matters to you.

I’ve been there.

You’re ready to take that first step out of your comfort zone, but you’re scared. I get it!

We start by lifting the ceiling on what you see as your capabilities and redefining what it means to be high-performing. Your life isn’t a performance and you are so much more than any medal, championship, or title.

It’s time to turn that autopilot off and dial back into your life. Imagine who you could be if you released the guilt, the expectations, and the fear of failing and instead, tapped into your full potential. It’s time to win on your terms. And I’ll be by your side cheering you on along the way.

Let’s play smarter.

MY APPROACH

To do

extraordinary

things

you have to be willing to do them in

extraordinary

ways

Culture as we know it - whether it’s in the boardroom or the locker room - is broken. Brainstorming ideas on a whiteboard isn’t going to result in buy-in from your team. If you want to generate impactful, meaningful results that will re-energize your organization, you have to be willing to dismantle the false limits you’ve placed on your team’s capabilities. The ceiling doesn’t exist and there is no rulebook to creating magic. I have always done things the unorthodox way and I’ve reached levels of success nobody thought possible. Your potential for growth as a whole is entirely dependent on your willingness to get uncomfortable as individuals.

I will help to guide you, step-by-step, in reframing your current methodologies and operational frameworks so that they better serve your goals and vision for your team.

My consulting services are tailored to high-performing athletes, executives, industry executives, and parents who do it all. My life’s superpower is the relentless pursuit of growth.

My guarantee to you is that I am willing to do the work with you. I am willing to do the things that nobody else wants to do. I know how to get shit done while learning at the same time. The best coaches don’t just call plays – they’re out on the field with you. And that’s where I’ll be with you.

Together, we’ll build a toolkit that will empower you to develop your inner team, tap into the fullness of your potential, and give you strategies to use in your daily life to keep you grounded and connected to your most important coach—you!

Who I Work With

01.

Executives

C-suite executives are a lot like high-performing athletes. Intense pressure, fast-paced environments, and ever-shifting dynamics can often leave teams struggling with trust, collaboration, and synergy. Teams are messy and conflict is inevitable!

  • I’ll work with you to foster an environment that embraces the mess and identifies the opportunities for growth within it.

  • We’ll address your team’s unique issues and provide robust, sustainable, and long-lasting methods that can be implemented right away.

Together, we’ll custom design a program that leadership and employees co-create in tandem to foster trust and empathy.

02.

Athletes

Athletes are who I know. I dedicated my life to sport and I understand the type of drive and discipline it takes to push your body to the limit to achieve your goals.

And because of this, I also understand the sacrifice, loneliness, and inability to cope with the very human experiences of failure, rejection, and fear. Too many athletes enter crisis mode after retirement because they don’t have a connection to anything authentic or tangible outside of sports. I understand how to develop and fortify the person behind the athlete.

  • Together, we’ll identify what tools you need to tap into your untapped well of potential. Who are you when you’re not playing? That’s the person that will make or break your career—and your life after sports.

03.

Women & Parents

Are you the parent or caregiver of a child with special needs? Unsure of how to process a new diagnosis? Do you feel like you have more questions than answers? I got you.

As the mom of an autistic child, I intimately understand how overwhelming a diagnosis can be for parents and families.

  • Through our journey, I have amassed incredible resources, tools, tips and tricks for managing life with neurodiversity that I want to share with as many people as possible. There is so much unnecessary fear, misunderstanding, and stigma around disabilities and I am here to help you unlearn and relearn as you maneuver through this transition.

Whether you need access to resources or support groups, healthy ways to cope as a parent/caregiver, or just need an understanding ear, I am here and ready to work with you.

  • I have had the pleasure of knowing and working with Renae over a 15-year period in both a professional and personal capacity throughout her sporting career. A standout values-based leader, Renae’s insights, professionalism, diligence, and compassion set her apart from her peers in whatever task she puts her boundless energies to. Renae is an authentic and genuine leader who has a rare ability to inspire and influence through her speaking, and her generosity and community mindedness impact so many. I would highly recommend Renae to any person or organisation to inspire, motivate and impact positively.

    - Jane Woodlands Thompson. Previous Adelaide Thunderbirds Coach.

  • Renae Ingles is an exceptional parent advocate for autistic children. Her impassioned commitment to raising awareness and promoting understanding shines through in every word she shares. As a thrilling motivational speaker, Renae captivates audiences, inspiring them with her personal journey and empowering messages. Her role as an activist goes beyond words, as she actively works towards creating a more inclusive and supportive world for individuals on the autism spectrum. Renae Ingles is a beacon of advocacy, using her voice to make a lasting impact.

    - Julian Maha. KultureCity CO-Founder.

  • I’ve known Renae for 5 years both professionally and in more recent time, personally. Renae is one in a million! Renae is not merely an ex-athlete; she is a force of nature, a unbelievable mother and a beacon of resilience. Having had the privilege of witnessing Renae’s journey with KultureCity as a board member and Executive Director in Australia, I am struck by her ability to seamlessly blend strength and vulnerability. Renae’s authenticity shines through in every endeavor, making her a role model for many.

    - Kristan Penny, Manager Government Relations at Tourism at NBL.

  • Renae is the best kind of leader; she cultivates the best in people and in community. She knows how to spark that which makes people lift their hearts, minds, and ambition to do good and lift others at the same time. Salt Lake City is better because Renae Ingles brought her light and love here, leaving an indelible mark on our community.

    - Erin Mendenhall , Mayor of Salt Lake City, Utah.

  • Renae Ingles is a kind and thoughtful champion for good in this world. It was my pleasure to work with her on a wide variety of initiatives while they were with the Utah Jazz. She is a vocal advocate raising awareness and acceptance in support of autism and sensory diversity. In 2019 they led efforts to raise funds for those affected by the Australian wildfires. As a professional athlete, wife and mother, she's inspired countless numbers of young women, with her amazing story of hard work and dedication. She is impact driven, yet leads with heart and compassion in everything she does. Renae and Joe will always be loved by Jazz fans for their incredible work off the court as well as on.
